Can I come See Your Inventory? Most items rental items are staged and wrapped, so they are prepared to be delivered. We also store items off site. Please contact us to see if the item you wish to see is available for viewing. 

Local Delivery Fees Starts At $150. Delivery is based on the amount of items being rented. 


All invoices must be paid within 48 hours or link will be cancelled and a $25 service fee will be accessed to your new invoice if we have to send out the new contract and/or payment link again. We will provide you with a quote based on the services that you have requested. You may make adjustments (add or delete items) at any time during the initial phase. Upon acceptance of proposal, you may modify your services at any time however there will be a re stock fee of 15% deducted for regular rentals and no refund for specialty orders. (Acceptance is assumed by signature and/or payment of your retainer, whichever occurs first.)



The rental cost for special order items will still be due in full. A restocking fee may also apply for rental cancellation. Cancellations, including rental removal, made after truck is loaded, in route, or has been delivered will result in forfeiture of any payment that was received.. Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event is scheduled, all other clients have been refused due to your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable but are transferable towards a future event within 6 months of cancelling (based on availability)  No Refunds are Giving Under any circumstances! No Exception

Stairs and Elevators:

Delivery fee is only for first floor deliveries. If your event is being held on a higher level other than floor level, please inform OMLER at the time of placing your order. A $100 fee will be charged addition to your delivery fee. This includes and is subject to the usage of service elevators and Stairs. If you decide not to inform us, we are subject to decline rental items. OMLER would like to ensure we have enough crew on site to safely delivery your rental. 

A valid credit card must be kept on file for rental items over $1000.00 dollars. The credit card will be used for damages, missing items, replacement fees, cleaning fees, or added services as outlined within this contract. The credit card will also be charged if changes are made the day of the event, such as added services, labor or additional items requested or required.

After Hours Fee’s:

There is an after hour fee starting at $100.00. This fee is based upon the amount of workers needed. This charge is for all events that ends after 11pm. This Fee is non-negotiable.

Drop off times of rentals:

All rental orders will have a window period for drop off. Windows period is  from 4 to 6 hours  before your event. For an Example: If your event starts at 4pm, drop of will be between 10am-12pm. If your rental is required before this time, their will be an rush fee of $100.00.
